The complainant is the employer of the applicant. He alleged, three delivery boys working

2/3 BA-3541-2019 (sr.903) with him committed theft of articles worth Rs.2,740/-. Applicant came to be arrested on 15th November, 2019. The Courts below, declined to enlarge the applicant on the ground that, theft property is not yet recovered. Applicant has no criminal antecedents. Submission is, the complaint is actuated with malice, since the applicant has refused to vacate the residential premises provided to him by his employer. In view of the accusation, the Bail Application is allowed.

The applicant arrested is directed to be released on bail in C.R. No. 576/2019 registered with Goregaon Police Station, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.

The applicant shall furnish the particulars of his latest place residence and

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.
