The petitioner seeks directions to respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide his caste claim as belonging to Thakur - Scheduled Tribe. Our attention is invited to the order dated 4th March, 2020, passed by the Scrutiny Committee directing the petitioner to submit fresh caste certificate from the competent authority. The petitioner accepts the said decision and submits that a fresh certificate has been obtained and it has already been submitted to the Scrutiny Committee. The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the petitioner's caste claim in accordance with law. 2.
