Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the application for prearrest bail is subjudice before the Court of Session. He further submits that the Court of Session has passed a direction, however, the order is not yet uploaded. 3.

In that backdrop, the application does not deserve to be entertained. In the event the Court of Session passes an appropriate order, the applicant would be at liberty to approach this Court.
