For the reasons stated in the civil application and based upon the assurance of the learned counsel for the applicants that private paper book will be submitted within a period of three weeks from today, in case the appeal is restored, the delay in seeking restoration is condoned and the order dismissing the appeal for failure to file private paper book is recalled. This is subject to the applicants depositing in this Court costs of Rs.5,000/- within a period of two weeks from today. If no such costs are deposited, then application shall read to have been dismissed. The costs to be deposited with intimation to the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.2 to 9. The costs if deposited, can be withdrawn by the said respondents.
