This is an application for modification of condition imposed upon the applicants while releasing them on bail by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court, Esplanade, Mumbai by its order dated 10.12.2015. By the said order dated 10.12.2015 the learned trial Court has directed that the applicants be released on bail on their furnishing PR Bond and Surety Bond of Rs.2 lacs. It appears from the record that the applicants have been released on bail on their furnishing cash bail of Rs.1 lac. 2.

Ms. Gonsalves, learned Special PP for the CBI opposed the present application.

In view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application by reducing the amount of PR Bond and Surety from Rs.2 lacs to Rs. 1 lac.

Hence, the following order:

(i) Condition No.1 in order dated 10.12.2015 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court, Esplanade, Mumbai is hereby modified and the applicants are directed to furnish PR Bond of Rs.1 lac with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) It is made clear that the rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicants by the order dated 10.12.2015 are not disturbed.
