Heard. This Application is made by the applicant defendant for return of original partnership deed dated 29.11.1961 and 10.04.1975 Exhibit- G and H respectively.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

17.135.16-caw (a) Original deeds of partnership dated 29.11.1961 and 10.04.1975 Exhibit- G and H respectively be returned to the applicant.

b) Office is directed to return those original documents to the applicant by taking an undertaking that they shall produce the same as and when the court directs them to do so.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
