Both these matters are disposed of by this common order by consent of all the parties.

In both these matters, learned Magistrate had directed de-freezing of the Accounts held by the Petitioners. Those orders were set aside by the Revisional Court and the matters were remanded back for fresh consideration.

All learned counsel appearing before me today agree that, without going into the merits of the matters, directions can
be issued to learned Magistrate to decide the applications for defreezing the Accounts within a period of two weeks from today. All the parties agreed to co-operate for such disposal within 14 days. 4.
Considering the reasonable approach adopted by all the parties, following order is passed:
O R D E R
i)The Judicial Magistrate, First Class, 2nd Court, Ulhasnagar shall decide the Petitioners'
applications for de-freezing of their accounts, which is the subject matter of these petitions before me, within a period of two weeks from today.
ii)All the parties including the Investigating Agency, the accused and the first informant shall cooperate with the disposal of the applications within that period.
iii)It is made clear that, all the contentions of all the parties are specifically left open.
iv)Learned Magistrate shall give an opportunity to the Petitioners, the first informant and the investigating agency before passing the order.
v)With these directions, both these Petitions are disposed of.
