In view of disposal of the Family Court Appeals, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition. Same stands dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

In view of the Consent Terms filed by the parties Petition No.A-69/2010 filed by the husband for divorce u/s.13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 stands restored in the trial court for hearing on its own merits.

The Family Court is directed to allow the parties to carry out appropriate amendment to convert the said petition into petition u/s.13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and decide the same as early as possible.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
