This Court, by order dated 9th November 2023, directed the respondent not to take coercive steps against the petitioner in furtherance of impugned order dated 3rd May 2023 for period of eight weeks to enable the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority. However, even thereafter no Presiding Officer of the Appellate Authority is available either at Mumbai or at Calcutta. 2.
Hence, the relief granted by this Court by order dated 9th November 2023 is continued till the Officer of the Appellate Authority is appointed and for period of four weeks thereafter. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
