This is an application for modification of Condition No.(iii) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an order dated 29.02.2016 in Bail Application No.345 of 2016 of this Court. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that similar condition was imposed upon Accuse No.1 and the same has been relaxed by Aarti Palkar 1/2

For the reasons stated in the application, the said condition is hereby relaxed and the applicant is permitted to leave the jurisdiction of Alibaug, Raigad District without prior permission of the Court. 4.

Rest of the conditions imposed upon on the applicant are not disturbed.
