Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Counsel for the respondent.

By this application, the applicant has prayed to bring the legal heirs of the sole respondent Smt. Leena Laxman Patil who expired on 17th September 2017, on record.

Having perused the averments as made in the application, it is in the interest of justice that the application is allowed. It is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Necessary amendment to the petition be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Amended copy of the petition be served on the respondent.
