Learned Counsel for the petitioner on the basis of instructions from the petitioner, who is present in court today, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to apply for variation of the impugned order dated 8th January 2018 since it is the case of the petitioner that with effect from 1st April 2018, he is unemployed. 2] Leave is granted to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for.

3] It is, however, made clear that in case any such
