Learned counsel for the petitioner states that loan account of the respondents has been fully settled under the one time settlement (OTS) scheme and he has produced a letter to that effect dated 9/12/2019 which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In such circumstances, he submits that nothing survives in the petition. In the result, the petition is disposed of as infructuous with no order as to costs.
