The Petitioner has questioned the legality and correctness of the provisional select list, prepared as a result of the recruitment process initiated on the basis of Advertisement No.2/2019. 3.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that the recruitment process initiated as per Advertisement dated 2nd August
