Learned Counsel for the petitioners and the respondent No.1 state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have filed Consent Terms dated 11th July, 2016, duly signed by the parties. The said Consent Terms were taken on record vide order dated 11th July, 2016.

In the consent terms entered into by and between the parties, the respondent No. 1 has given his no objection, to the quashing and setting aside of the impugned judgment and order dated 25th February, 2013, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 7th Court, Dadar, Mumbai in C.C.Nos.5209/SS/2010 and the judgment and order dated 12th December, 2013, passed by the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay in Criminal Revision Application No.164 of 2013, dismissing the said Revision Application.

In view of the Consent Terms, the impugned judgment and order dated 25th February, 2013, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 7th Court, Dadar, Mumbai in C.C.Nos.5209/SS/2010 and confirmed by the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay, vide judgment and order dated 12th December, 2013 in Criminal Revision Application No.164 of 2013, are quashed and set-aside and the petitioners are acquitted of the offence with which they are charged.

Petition is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 5.
