First Appeal No. 526 of 2014 has been admitted. There is also an independent appeal by the claimant being First Appeal No. 16 of 2016. This has also been admitted. The R&P is received although without a paper-book. A private paper-book was to be filed. That has not yet been done.

904-FA526-14+.DOC 2.

A private paper-book is to be filed within six weeks from today. This will now be a conditional order. If the private paper-book is not filed by the MSRTC within that time, its appeal will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 3.

In the claimant's first appeal No. 16 of 2016, private paperbook to be used will be the one in first appeal No. 526 of 2014 filed by MSRTC. It is only if that private paper-book is not filed, the claimants will be required by a later order that will then be passed to file a private paper-book.

4.

List both the appeals for hearing and final disposal on 21st September 2017.
