1. This Civil application is taken out for restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed for default on 13 th December, 2016. The Civil Application is seen to be taken on 22 nd December,2016. Perused the contents of the Civil Application. Heard learned counsel for the parties. In my view the ground set out in civil application makes out a case for restoration. Accordingly, I pass the following order : (i) Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) In the circumstances, list the petition for "Admission" on 23 rd April, 2018.
