1.

The respective counsel in Criminal Appeal No. 1415 of 2018 and 1446 of 2018 submits that the Appellants herein have filed writ petition No. 3090 of 2018. On 11th December, 2018, the Hon'ble Division Bench [B.P. Dharmadhikari and Sarang V. Kotwal, JJ] passed the following order:

i.e. present Appellants have co-operated with the investigating agency and, therefore, no coercive steps are being taken against them. It is also submitted that the Appellants would continue to co-operate with the investigating agency till the charge-sheet is filed and remain present before the investigating agency as and when called.

In view of this, interim relief granted in the present appeals need not be continued. The appeals have been filed for challenging the orders, refusing to grant of pre-arrest bail to the appellants. Hence, the appeals are being disposed of as the order passed in the present appeals has become infructuous by virtue of the order dated 11th December, 2018 passed by the Division Bench.
