The Petitioner seeks writ of mandamus for the appointment of the Petitioner on compassionate basis. In our opinion the Petitioner would be well advised to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (M.A.T.). The period spent by the Petitioner between the filing of the present petition i.e. 29.th November, 2017 till 25th July, 2023, shall be excluded for purposes of limitation.
