By this civil application the applicants are praying for amendment in the cause title of the writ petition in terms of the scheduled annexed to the application namely to delete the name of the respondent no.1 from the tittle of the writ petition and to add para no.1A, so as to aver that respondent no.1 expired on 29.6.2016 living behind his wife Mrs. Renu M. Kukreja, who is already a partyrespondent no.2 in the petition. 3.

Having perused the averments as made in the application, it is in the interest of justice that the application be allowed. There is some

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a' and 'b'. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
