(1) Learned counsel for Applicant on instructions submitted that, as the Police have filed chargesheet, he may be granted leave to withdraw Application with liberty to file an application for discharge before the trial Court. (1.1) The co-accused Mr. Hanumant Bhosale has already filed an application for discharge before the trial Court and the same is pending. That, the Applicant would file an application for discharge within a period of one week from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of Bombay High Court.

(1.2) In that event, the trial Court may be directed to consider the Application of Applicant for discharge along with application preferred by coaccused Hanumant Bhosale. The said request is accepted.
