The applicant was given facility of home food because of health condition and as he was admitted to Bombay Hospital for a long time.

It is now pointed out that there is some insistence of identity and the specific details of the persons who get home food which is causing a hindrance.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that two persons by name Hafizur Rahman and Bhakt Kunwar whose identity is mentioned at page nos. 26 and 27 will deliver the 1/2

It is open for the respondents to conduct the verification of the said persons and consider granting "NOC" in accordance with the procedure prescribed. The said procedure should be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two days from today. Till then either of the persons at page 26 and 27 of the application that is Hafizur Rahman or Bhakt Kunwar may be permitted to deliver the home food.
