Petitioner / Complainant has filed present proceeding for quashing of FIR and RCC No. 1081 of 2016 initiated in pursuance thereof. Here FIR dated 19.06.2015 is under Sections 498A, 504 and 34 IPC.

Husband - Vikram Kumar has expired on 10.03.2018 and thereafter, Petitioner has filed this proceeding in September, 2018 joining her mother-in-law aged about 77 years as Respondent No. 1.

Petitioner has expressly stated that she has received back the ornaments and does not have any claim against Respondent No. 1 or then in relation to any assets of deceased Vikram Kumar.

Respondent No. 1 through Advocate has tendered an Affidavit and given no objection.

In this situation, accepting the joint request, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
