1] Issue raised in the Writ Petition is whether it would be discriminatory not to grant scholarship to students belonging to Backward Classes, SC or ST who obtained admissions in different institutions not through the Centralized Admission Process but by lateral induction in the institutions. The said issue has been set at rest, against the claim of the Petitioners, in Writ Petition No.6110 of 2014 decided by a Division Bench on 8th January 2016 at the Aurangabad Bench of this Court.
