Heard learned AGP for the applicant/State.

Though, the respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter called out.

All these applications are preferred by State of Maharashtra for condonation of 84 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the common Judgment and Award dated 03.05.2012 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.Rs.

Considering the submissions made by learned AGP for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application. Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Delay of 84 days in preferring First Appeals is condoned.

b) Rule made absolute accordingly.

c) All Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
