Heard learned AGP for the applicant/State.

Though, the respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter called out.

The learned AGP for the applicants submits that by order dated 28.04.2015 this Court directed to the applicant to deposit the awarded amount in the Reference Court within twelve weeks. He submits that they required some more time to comply the said order.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP and averments made in Civil Application, the following order is passed.

ORDER

a) Time is granted upto 21st October 2015 to the applicants to comply the order dated 28.04.2015 passed by this Court i.e. to deposit the entire awarded amount with interest in Reference 2/3

Court, failing which all civil applications shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court. b) If amount is not deposited within stipulated time as stated herein above, the respondents-claimants are entitled to execute the award according to law.

c) If amount is deposited within stipulated time as stated herein above, liberty granted to the respondents claimants to take out appropriate application, if they so desire, for withdrawal of the amount and that application will be decided on its own merits.

d) All Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
