The Petitioner herein has challenged Order dated 10.11.2022, whereby the learned Addl. Joint Registrar has stayed the order dated 25.07.2022 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, disqualifying the Respondent Nos.1 to 2 from contesting the elections as Committee Members of Muni Darshan Co-operative Housing Society. 2.

The said order was passed in November, 2022. The Petition is filed on 13.12.2022. It is stated that the elections are scheduled tomorrow. Considering the said fact, it would not be appropriate or in the interest of Justice to stall the election process, particularly when the Petitioner has remedy to challenge the elections. 3.

Petition is dismissed.
