The application at Exhibit 31 is allowed to the limited extent of the prayer of the petitioner for permission to withdraw his representation of accused no.1Company. It is clarified that the withdrawal of representation

Dusane 2/2 wp5042.2015 by petitioner of accused no.1-Company will not affect the plea recorded on behalf of accused no.1-Company, which was prior to the Company being wound up. In view of the winding up of accused no.1-Company, it will have to be represented by the Official Liquidator in future.
