In view of the fact that the efficacious remedy is available to the Petitioner under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, this Court is not inclined to invoke its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and entertain these Writ Petitions.
Hence these Writ Petitions stand disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail of the appropriate remedies as are available in law. Needless to observe that in case of delay in filing the Revisions and in the Petitioner approaching the appropriate forum, the said forum while considering the prayer for condonation of delay, shall keep in view the time lgc
