None appears for applicant. This is an application preferred on behalf of original complainant seeking permission to withdraw amount of compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- in accordance with judgment and order passed by Trial Court while convicting original accused.

Learned advocate for appellant-accused submitted that applicant-complainant has expired on 26th January 2023. He produced photocopy of the death certificate. The photocopy is taken on record. Since none appears for applicant, the application is dismissed for non prosecution.
