By this First Appeal, Appellants are challenging the judgment and award dated 31st July, 2018 passed by the Railway Claim Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Application No. OA (IIU) MCC/2012/1533 dismissing the Appellants' / Original Claimants' claim petition. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Appellants and impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that the Appellants have made out a case for following order: (a) Admit.

(b) Printing dispensed with.

(c) Appellants to file private paper-book within one year from today with copy to other side, failing which, First Appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

(d) The Registry is directed to call for R & P immediately. (e) Hearing of the first appeal is expedited.
