After this petition was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Allowed to be withdrawn.

All contentions of the parties on merits of the principal petition are expressly kept open.

Learned counsel for the respondents on instruction makes a statement that the arrears of maintenance as awarded by the impugned order shall be deposited in two equal installments within two months from today. Statement is accepted.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that in view of the willingness of the petitioner to deposit the amount, till such period the amount is deposited, the respondents shall not proceed with

Needless to observe that if there is any default on the part of the petitioner in depositing the said amount, the respondents are permitted to forthwith proceed with the execution proceedings. 6.
