Pursuant to the order dated 1st April, 2016 passed by this court, the learned proposed arbitrator has filed disclosure in terms of section 11(8) read with section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 dated 15th April, 2016. Disclosure statement is taken on record. I have perused the disclosure statement. The learned proposed arbitrator is appointed as a sole arbitrator. I, therefore, pass the following order :- (a) Mr.Ashok Vinayak Bhalerao, former District Judge and Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat having his office at D-83, Woodland, Gandhi Bhavan Road, Kothrud, Pune - 411 038 is appointed as a sole arbitrator.

(b) Arbitration petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

(c) No order as to costs.
