By this civil application the applicant seeks restoration of the Second Appeal (St) No.9704 of 2015. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all office objections will be removed within four weeks from today. Statement is accepted. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, order dated 28th July, 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial -II) is set aside on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. If office objections are not removed within four weeks from today, order passed today to stand vacated and order dated 28th July, 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial -II) to stand restored. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
