After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court if the trial pertaining to MCOC Special Case No.12 of 2014 does not commence within a period of nine months from today. The said leave is sought by the learned Counsel for the applicant, in view of the fact that the applicant is in jail since last two and half years. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
