2] Learned counsel for the applicant states that there was some delay in receiving the court fees amount and therefore the court fees could not be paid in time. He says that he will now deposit the court fees amount within a period of three days from today. 3] In view of the aforesaid statement, order dated 13 October 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial -II) is recalled. The Civil Application and First Appeal are restored.

4] The applicant to deposit the court fees amount within a period of three days from today. The applicant to clear the office objections within a period of one week from today.
