This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 37 of 2022 registered at Sinhgad Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 506 of Indian Penal Code. 3.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

According to the prosecution, on 23 January 2022, the present applicant, who is the husband of the complainant/injured assaulted Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2

95-BA-3874-2022.odt her by knife on account of some matrimonial dispute and attempted to kill her.

The complainant, has filed an affidavit that they have amicably settled their matrimonial dispute and they wish to reside together. Even otherwise it appears that applicant is in jail for more than one year. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. Hence, the following order is passed :

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant - Sachin Dnyanoba Amle be released on bail in Crime No. 37 of 2022 registered at Sinhgad Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 506 of Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
