The husband has filed present application seeking transfer of proceeding pending before the learned Civil Judge, Khed to the learned Family Court, Pune.

This Court in Miscellaneous Civil Application Stamp No.22274 of 2017 transferred Marriage Petition No. A-1358 of 2016 filed by the present applicant from learned Family Court, Bandra to the learned Civil Judge Senior Division Khed, Pune the said order attained finality.

Now, the learned advocate for the applicant state that inspite of orders of this Court the proceedings are not being decided expeditiously. The applicant is residing at Nashik it is in convenient for the husband to attend the proceeding before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division Khed, Pune.

Considering the order dated 29th September, 2017 in Miscellaneous Civil Application Stamp No.22274 of 2017 and fact that the wife residing at Pune, the request of husband for transfer from the learned Civil Judge, Khed to the learned Family Court, Pune cannot be granted.
