Mr. Barge states that post the order dated 6th July 2022, he had advised appellant to comply with the order but appellant informed him that he is not inclined to comply with the orders because he does not want to pay.

Therefore, appeal dismissed with cost in the sum of Rs.50,000/-. Registry also to issue a notice for contempt against appellant, returnable on 7th September 2022.

In view of the dismissal of the appeal, civil application does not survive and accordingly stands dismissed.
