2) When the application was listed before the Court on 13th November, 2023, this Court granted interim bail ascribing reasons. It was, inter alia, noted that the subject flat was no more mortgaged with the Bank.

3) The learned APP had sought time to take instructions. 1/2

18-ABA-3254-23.DOC 4) Today, the learned APP on the instructions of Investigating Officer submits that the subject flat stands released from security and the Bank has issued "No Dues Certificates". 5) In the aforesaid view of the matter, the order of interim bail deserves to be made absolute.

6) The order of Interim Bail dated 13th November, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

7) The applicant shall henceforth appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

8) The applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

9) The application stands disposed.
