The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Civil Application for condonation of delay bearing No. 377 of 2015 and Family Court Appeal (St.) No. 30767 of 2015, which have stood dismissed on account of the conditional Order dated 24/7/2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial II) of the Court. The said conditional order mandates the Appellant to serve the Respondent within the time span mentioned in the said order, in default the Civil Application as well as the Family Court Appeal has to stand dismissed. The Civil Application as well as the Family Court Appeal accordingly have been dismissed for non compliance. In view of the fact that the Civil Application as well as the Family Curt Appeal have been dismissed on Talwalkar

The Family Court Appeal as well as Civil Application No. 377 of 2015 are restored to file. Office objection to be removed within two weeks from date, failing which the order dated 24/7/2016 would once again stand revived. The Civil Application to stand disposed of accordingly.
