None appears for the petitioners. Even on the last occasion, no appearance was put in by the petitioners. By order dated 25 th November 2022, this court has placed this petition for disposal.

The petition challenges the order dated 14 th October 2016 passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pen, Raigad in Regular Civil Suit No.8 of 2010, rejecting the petitioners' application seeking amendment in the plaint. The petitioners have not pursued this matter since the filing of the present petition. 3.

On checking status of Regular Civil Suit No.8 of 2010 pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pen, Raigad on the C.I.S., it appears that the Regular Civil Suit No.8 of 2010 itself has been dismissed by an order dated 28 th February 2019. Consequently, nothing survived in this petition since the same arises from a challenge to the order passed in the dismissed proceedings. 4.
