The applicant is an accused in Crime No. 82 of 2018 registered at Paud Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

The applicant had moved an application before the Sessions Court for grant of temporary bail on the ground that condition of his mother is critical. The Sessions Court by order dated 29 November 2022 granted temporary bail to the applicant for a period of one week. By order dated 7 December 2022 it was extended for further period of 7 days. By order dated 13 December 2022 the learned Sessions Court refused to extend the temporary bail.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that mother of the applicant is still in hospital and is in critical condition and therefore, temporary bail granted by the Sessions Court be extended for a period of two weeks.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, temporary bail granted by the Sessions Court by order dated 29 November 2022 is extended for further period of two weeks i.e. till 29 December 2022. The applicant shall comply with the terms and conditions imposed by the Sessions Court.
