Heard learned counsel for the parties and learned APP for the State.

Parties have settled and compromised the matter. Affidavit dated 10.06.2022 filed by Respondent No. 2 is taken on record to that effect. Respondent No. 2 has appeared through video call and is identified by her Advocate. Respondent No. 2 confirms the statement made in the affidavit and states that she has voluntarily decided to withdraw the allegations against the Applicants.

In view of the above, the Criminal Application is allowed & disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) By order of this Hon'ble Court, FIR bearing No. 362 of 2019 registered with Kothrud Police Station, Pune under sections 498A, 406, 354, 323, 504, 506 r/w. section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 be quashed and set aside against the Applicant with an immediate effect."
