Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for condonation of delay of 77 days in filing the Civil Revision Application challenging the order dated 3.7.2015 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Solapur in Revision Application No.46 of 2015.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no explanation in Civil Application for condonation of inordinate delay of 77 days. Hence, there is no substance in the present Civil Application and same be dismissed. Mohite 1/2

2 cac273-16 Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Delay of 77 days in filing Civil Application is condoned.

b) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
