Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is the second application for bail preferred by the applicant. The first application for bail being Bail Application No. 481 of 2016 was withdrawn by the learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for some time.

By this application, the applicant seeks his enlargement on bail in connection with C.R. No. 285 of 2015 registered with the Chakan Police Station, Pune, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302, 307 and 120(b) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

ba.2889.17.4.doc At the outset, learned A.P.P states that till date, more than 7 witnesses have been examined by the trial Court. Since the trial has already commenced, it is not necessary to consider this application.

The application is accordingly dismissed.
