Though this Petition is to be taken up in the afternoon, at the request of both sides, we have called it out first on board. 2.
When the matter was called out, Mrs. Pai, learned APP appearing on behalf of Respondents Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 produces a copy of the order passed by the State passed after fully considering the report of the Advisory Board and material on record. That order passed on 25th February 2016 revokes the detention of the Petitioner under the Conservation of Foreign Exchange & Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974.

Even a copy of the communication addressed to the Superintendent, Nashik Road, Central Prison, Nashik is produced before us.
