This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 16th April, 2018, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2942 of 2017. In the said order, it is clearly stated as under:- "1.

After arguing for some time, as the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn."

There is no change of circumstance since 16th April, 2018, warranting entertaining in the second bail application. 4.
