Mr. Damre, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Charge-sheet is not yet filed and therefore, the Applicant will be seeking default bail in the Trial Court. He therefore, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a Bail Application before the learned Trial Court. 2.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and therefore, liberty is granted to file a fresh Bail Application even on merits, if occasion arises.
