Having heard both sides, we find that the petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to make a reassessment in terms of the applicable rules and policies within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Since the petition is only to ensure that these re-assessment proceedings are brought to an end expeditiously, we have issued the above direction. 2.
